    • Scheduling Requirements:

      • Standard Notice: Requires a minimum of 14 calendar days' advance written notice prior to the requested shoot date.

      • Short-Notice / Rush Surcharges: Requests submitted with fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days' notice—and no fewer than seven (7) calendar days' notice—are subject to Producer availability and shall incur a mandatory 25% Rush Scheduling Fee ($125.00 surcharge).
